Douglas Harman is a California licensed contractor who has been building modern homes and managing large scale projects for over 20 years. These homes achieved national and local recognition among some of the most prestigious builders in the country. The designs feature large expansive spaces that integrate outdoor-indoor transitions. The architectural detail and craftsmanship along with the latest design trends create homes that are unique and stunning. Technology integration takes the living experience to the next level.
Douglas is the Owner and CEO of Liberta Homes, a diverse company focusing on the construction of modern high-end homes and quality multifamily housing around the country. The team at Liberta has a vast well of experience to draw from in a diverse team that has yet to find an obstacle that can’t be overcome.

xiaofeng Harman
Xiaofeng Harman started her real estate journey in 2013. Since then, Xiaofeng has completed three new construction projects and several renovation projects. As a co-founder of Liberta Homes, she believes that keeping high quality, pursuing innovation, being proactive, encouraging great communication are the foundation for a successful business. She leads the team to finish the projects on time and within the budget. Xiaofeng has passion for helping people to achieve their dream homes. By bringing in the latest design trend and cultural elements, she emphasizes utilizing architectural and interior design features to realize the comfortability and character of each project. She is the chief interior designer of our latest project, Grandview.
Xiaofeng earned her Ph.D. degree from the University of Minnesota with a major in Electrical and Engineering. She worked as a Principal Engineer in a high-tech company in Silicon Valley for eight years, where she led new generation product development, product transfer, and production control. Xiaofeng is a long time Toastmaster club member and has served several club officer roles. She loves doing volunteer works and contributes to the community. Besides work, she loves cooking, reading, and traveling with her family.
